Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring BootBuild modern frontend applications using React (Next.js App Router, Server Components) and TypeScriptDesign and implement SMART on FHIR embedded applicationsDevelop responsive and accessible UI using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/uiImplement scalable state management:
Zustand (UI state)TanStack Query (server state)Redux Toolkit (for complex workflows and audit traceability)
Build real-time dashboards for prior authorisation workflows, audit trails, and decision explainabilityDevelop API orchestration or middleware layers using Node.jsDesign and consume REST APIs
Technical SkillsCore Skills
Strong experience in Java, Spring BootAdvanced experience with React, Next.js, TypeScriptExperience in FHIR / HL7 healthcare integrations (mandatory or highly preferred)Knowledge of Node.js for backend or orchestration layers
System & Data Skills
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databasesStrong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systemsFamiliarity with event-driven architecture (Kafka, Azure Event Hub, etc.)
Nice to Have
Experience building healthcare or enterprise-scale applicationsExposure to audit logging, compliance, or decision traceability systems
