Position Title: Full Stack Developer with Java, Angular & React (Early joiner preferred)
Overall Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Java, Angular and React to contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. This role demands a well-rounded developer proficient in both backend and frontend technologies, with a strong focus on automation, quality, and collaborative teamwork in an Agile environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA to gather and review software requirements and user stories.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and high-performance software applications.
- Develop backend services primarily using Java, Spring boot and JPA ensuring clean, reusable, and efficient code.
- Build and enhance frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Create and execute automated test plans and strategies (unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing).
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including configuration and environment-related problems.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Optimize application performance, monitor production environments, and support incident resolution.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices; proactively propose improvements.
- Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and coding best practices.
Primary / Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Angular development.
- Solid experience working in Agile software development environments.
- Proficient in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Skilled in database technologies including Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Unix Shell Scripting and PL/SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Proficient in software development lifecycle (SDLC) phases: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code and applications.
Additional Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines, e.g., Jenkins, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven design.
- Understanding of application security best practices and tools.
- Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools.
Overall Experience:
- 8 +years of relevant experience in full stack development with a focus on Java, React and Angular.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Shift Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
