About the role
Skillsets-
· Deep hands-on expertise in building enterprise level systems using Java / Spring
· Ability to build and debug multithreaded / concurrent applications
· Ability to set high technical standards for software delivery that the team can follow and replicate
· Prior experience with guiding and mentoring developers while leading project deliveries
· Well versed with system design constructs for building scalable and highly available applications
· Ability to work in an Agile setup with focus of fast and iterative business delivery
· Exposure to JavaScript framework like Angular would be a plus
· Exposure to Kafka/Event sourced Architecture would be a plus
· Desire to learn the business domain and partner with global stakeholders in supporting the technology platform and the business
