A UC4 Developer (Automic Automation Specialist) designs, builds, and maintains job scheduling workflows, configures workload automation tools, and troubleshoots system dependencies. Key responsibilities include workflow design, script automation, and system maintenance.
Roles and Responsibilities Workflow Design: Create, configure, and manage complex job chains, schedules, calendars, and dependencies using the UC4/Automic automation engine. System Integration: Integrate batch jobs and file transfers with web services, FTP gateways, SQL databases, and external applications. Deployment & Admin: Handle environment configuration, software patches, and code deployments across development, test, and production systems. Troubleshooting: Monitor platform logs, resolve job execution failures, and perform root cause analysis. Qualifications: BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
