Established in the year 2000 ADVIK is growing @ 35% every year, with 6 plants fully operational at Chakan, Manesar (Hariyana), Pantnagar (Uttaranchal), Bangalore (Karnataka) & Gujarat. These plants will cater to the requirments of HONDA & 4 WH OEMs . ADVIK is largest 2W oil pump manufacturer & 2nd largest Tenioners manufacturer, supplying 13 out of 15 Two Wheeler manufacturers. ADVIK supplies to Honda manufacturing facilities worldwide and also to reputed brands like DUCATI, Harley Davidson etc. Function Std. Room / CMM Reports to Sr. Engineer - QA Number of Direct Reports 2 Total Number of Report 0 Job Purpose Std. Room / CMM Prinicipal Accountabilities Recipe of New ,NPD Projects IMTE's CMM Inspection Execute Calibration activity as per plan, Calibration plan Vs Actual Proper usage , handling & preservation of IMTE & Checking Gauges. To maintain the 5-S in Standard Room. Execute the Layout inspection as per Annual Layout Inspection Plan. Daily CMM Inspection as per PCP Gauge Breakage/Missing data. SIR for new development parts, part from new tooling, part from new process etc. Inspection Register. Requirements Essentials DME / DAE / BE Experience 2 - 3 years Desirable Exposure to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS - 45001 Travelling May required Functional Skills (Essential) Std.
