POSITION PROFILE Position Title Manager - PM Location Kolar Industry ADVIK is Tier I Automobile company and is leading manufacturer of Auto Components / Products like Oil Pumps, Tensioner assemblies, Fuel Pumps, Fuel feed Pumps, Fuel Cocks, Decompression Units, Water Pumps, One way clutch, Precise Machined Components like Pinions, Screws, Nuts & Control Shafts for Globally Renowned Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers. Established in the year 2000 ADVIK is growing @ 35% every year, with 6 plants fully operational at Chakan, Manesar (Hariyana), Pantnagar (Uttaranchal), Bangalore (Karnataka) & Gujarat. These plants will cater to the requirments of HONDA & 4 WH OEMs . ADVIK is largest 2W oil pump manufacturer & 2nd largest Tenioners manufacturer, supplying 13 out of 15 Two Wheeler manufacturers. ADVIK supplies to Honda manufacturing facilities worldwide and also to reputed brands like DUCATI, Harley Davidson etc. Function Plant Machine/Utility Maintainance Reports to Plant Head / GM Number of Direct Reports 1 Total Number of Report 10 Job Purpose Plant Machine/Utility Maintainance Prinicipal Accountabilities Upkeep and maintain the equipment and utilities in basic condition with least breakdown,Reduced MTTR and increased MTBF Develop and implement procedures/policies for effective plant maintenance. Maint FMIS adherence Energy conservation Department level skill upgardation Machine upgradation Conduct negotiations with third party contractors to determine the rate and terms of service In control of MTTR, MTBF, BD, PM,improvements etc Perform periodic maintenance and routine calibration of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Disposal of non used /old machinery Equipment spare management & Equipment contigency legal requirements TPM – PM Pillar To work on project given by Plant Head. Annual Budgeting SAP Knowledge of TPM, IATF16949, ISO - EOHS Requirements Essentials DME/BE Experience >15 years Desirable Exposure to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS - 45001 Travelling May required Functional Skills (Essential) All related PM Behavioural Skills Team Work, Presentation Skills,Self driven Key Interfaces / Interaction in the job Inter Unit, Suppliers Growth Opportunities Within group
