Job Purpose: Responsible for material receipt, storage and issue per requirements following proper norms and with no damages/losses Principal Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities: 1. Receipt of Material and Storage  Material Receipt, Record keeping, loading/unloading, Quantity checking & verifying with PO and Bills/ Invoices.  Keep records of inward and outwards of material.  Keep inward material after QA clearance inside the store as per identified location.  Make GRN, Service entry of bills & DMS timely to avoid delaying vendor payment.  Ensure to adhere inward activities as per SOP.  Ensure storage of all material as per storage norms  Maintain accuracy of BOP & NON BOM parts. (System Vs Actual.) 2. Issue of Material  Ensure issuance happens as per bar coding system  Maintain the FIFO at the time of material issuance. 3. Managing Rejections  Raise the vendor debit note and send the rejection on timely.  Ensure before sending the vendor rejection 100 % counting of material and that there is not mix up of rejected material of another vendor 4.
