Established in the year 2000 ADVIK is growing @ 35% every year, with 6 plants fully operational at Chakan, Manesar (Hariyana), Pantnagar (Uttaranchal), Bangalore (Karnataka) & Gujarat. These plants will cater to the requirments of HONDA & 4 WH OEMs . ADVIK is largest 2W oil pump manufacturer & 2nd largest Tenioners manufacturer, supplying 13 out of 15 Two Wheeler manufacturers. Manager - PPC Number of Direct Reports 3 Total Number of Report 2 Job Purpose PPC, Direct Purchase, BOM Prinicipal Accountabilities Material Requirement Planning, Direct Material / Raw Material Planning, Prodcution Planning. No Mat. Loss Reduction in Assy/Machine Shop To provide CAPA for Line Loss due to No Material. Supplier schedule Plan vs Act. Summary To provide CAPA for Delivery failures from the Suppliers. Vendor Rating, Documentation Supplier SOB Summary, Supplier Descrepancies Kaizen Participation. Knowledge of TPM, IATF16949, ISO - EOHS Preparation of MIS report SAP Requirements Essentials DME/BE Experience 5 - 6 years Desirable Exposure to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS - 45001 Travelling May required Functional Skills (Essential) sap,ms office Behavioural Skills Team Work, Presentation Skills,Self driven Key Interfaces / Interaction in the job Inter Unit, Suppliers Growth Opportunities Within group
