POSITION PROFILE  Position Title Sr. Engineer PM Location Kolar Industry  ADVIK Hi Tech Pvt. Ltd. has grown exponentially over the last 20 years maintaining a robust EBITDA, and now as part of growth plan under Advik 2.0 and Advik Strategy 2025 plan, ADVIK aims to become a leading component and system supplier to ICE, Alternative Fuel (CNG, LNG, H2) and xEV (MHEV, HEV, PHEV & BEV) Vehicles like Two Wheeler, Passenger Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle, Tractor & Off-Highway Vehicle including Stationary Engine in the area of Pumps (Oil Pump, Water Pump and Vacuum Pump including electric version of them), Braking System (disc brake system), Valves, Thermal Management, Emission Control Systems, Alternative Fuel Systems, EV Powertrain and EV Power Electronics. Presently ADVIK Has 10 state-of-the-art facilities in India and overseas and 02 JV and 07 TA’s, Spread across the globe, a young team of highly energetic and driven professionals, a culture that aspires to nurture agility, intrapreneurship and innovation. Function  Plant Machine/Utility Maintainance Reports to  Manager - PM Number of Direct Reports  2 Total Number of Report 3 Job Purpose Plant Machine/Utility Maintainance Prinicipal Accountabilities  To diagnose the Electrical  faults in CNC turning, VMC and SPM machine To diagnose the PLC ,VFD system and Electrical drive system. Planning and undertaking of scheduled maintenance activities-CBM and TBM To do Kaizens on MTTR reduction/MTBF improve/Energy cost reduction/Maint. spare cost reduction. To co-ordinate for Maint. spare procurements and Managing annual budgets Exposure in Utility system DG ,Compressor and RO system Exposure on TPM based PM Pillar and JH Pillar activities. Good Exposure on working in SAP PM Module. Good Exposure on working in Microsoft office.- MS Excel and MS power point Creating maintenance procedures, OPL Requirements Essentials  DEE/DEC/BEEE/BEEC Experience  5 - 6 years Desirable  Exposure to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS - 45001 Travelling  May required  Functional Skills (Essential)  cnc,plc,sap,ms office Behavioural Skills Team Work, Presentation Skills,Self driven Key Interfaces / Interaction in the job  Inter Unit, Suppliers Growth Opportunities  Within group
