Accountabilities
- Ensure the safe working environment through following safety measures.
- Ensure the optimized output per shift in the respective line.
- Ensure the the scrap reduction, material management.
- Ensure the maximum availability of machines through reduction of breakdown.
- Ensure the quality of products as per specification.
- Ensure the proper BMR compilation.
- Ensure the GDP and cGMP of the respective lines.
- Ensure the 5s of the shop floor.
Qualifications/Requirements : Diploma Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Behaviours
Good communication skills – English and Kannada
Basic knowledge on plastic materials, molding and processing.
Basic trouble shooting knowledge on IM & IBM.
Flexibility and quick learning ability skills.
Man power management skills.
Commitment in delivering the results.
Minimum 3years of experience in molding operations
Flexible to work in all 3 shifts.
