About the role
• Generate new business opportunities in the solar and renewable energy sector
• Develop and maintain relationships with EPC companies, developers & consultants.
• Handle client inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal design, estimation, and production teams
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Visit client sites and attend industry exhibitions/trade shows when required
• Maintain CRM and sales reports regularly
• Support business expansion in domestic maket.
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1-5 years
Qualifications: bachelor in Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in sales/business development
• Experience in solar industry, steel structures, or industrial products preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
