Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in Mivan (aluminum formwork) construction quality checking. The candidate will support quality assurance and control activities across residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring all works meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections for Mivan (aluminum formwork) construction, including shuttering alignment, level checks, slab thickness, wall verticality, and dimensional accuracy.

Verify reinforcement work, embedments, sleeves, and service provisions before concrete pouring.

Monitor concrete quality, cube testing, and finishing standards in Mivan structures.

Ensure proper execution of wall panels, slab panels, beams, and staircase components as per approved drawings.

Assist in implementing QA/QC procedures at project sites.

Perform material inspections and ensure approved materials are used on-site.

Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and cube test records.

Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are closed.

Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and project managers to resolve quality issues.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.

Support internal and external quality audits.
