About the role
The Jr. Recruiter is an entry-level, full-cycle recruitment role on a Global Capability Center (G=CC) account spanning technology, AI, cybersecurity and marketing hiring — built to give you early, hands-on exposure to 360-degree recruitment rather than a narrow sourcing brief. Working closely with the Sr. Recruiter, you will support sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination and candidate management, progressing candidates through to interview and offer stages. This is a sourcing-intensive introduction to technical and marketing recruitment for a fast-moving GCC build, and a genuine recruitment career path rather than a standalone sourcing position. Exposure to technical or GCC hiring is an advantage but not a strict requirement — strong fundamentals in sourcing, communication and learning agility matter most. You will be mentored closely by the Sr. Recruiter and will build genuine end-to-end recruitment skills, including early stakeholder exposure, within a professional, structured RPO environment — with a clear growth path toward a full-cycle Recruiter role.
