Junior AR Associate

Job Title: AR Caller / Junior AR Associate (Fresher)
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Shift Timings: Night Shift

• 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM

• 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM
  Work Mode: Work from Office
  Transportation: Company-provided drop facility

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented freshers to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) domain and are comfortable working in night shifts.

• Communicate with US healthcare insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve claim denials or payment discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up activities.

• Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize claim reimbursement.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.

• Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.

• Qualification:

  • HSC (12th Pass) OR

  • Any Graduate who wants to start a career in the healthcare/BPO industry

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts.

• Excellent fluency in verbal and written English.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

• Understanding of US healthcare or AR calling (not mandatory).

• Customer handling or calling experience (added advantage).
