Brine, part of the Brik Oven family, is our resto-bar destination, offering a lively atmosphere, quality food, beverages, and exceptional hospitality.Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Bartender to support daily bar operations, assist in preparing beverages, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, attentive to detail, and committed to maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.- Support the Senior Bartender with daily bar setup, closing, and operations.- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, equipment, and glassware.- Refill bar supplies, prepare garnishes, and assist with stock management.- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and beverage presentation guidelines.- Assist guests with beverage requests and maintain professional service standards.- Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol-service practices.Requirements- Previous experience as a bartender or bar assistant is preferred; freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.- Basic knowledge of beverages and an interest in mixology.- Good communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail.- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.What We’re Looking ForA motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for beverages and hospitality, a willingness to learn from experienced bartenders, and the ability to contribute to a positive guest experience at Brine.
