About the role
Key Responsibilities• Provide IT support to office and shop-floor users.• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, Scanners and networking devices.• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.• Manage user accounts, email IDs and access rights.• Data backup, antivirus and system security monitoring.• Support ERP / CCTV systems.• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.• Maintain IT asset and service records.
Quality & Safety• Ensure data security and system uptime.• Follow IT security and company data protection policies.• Support audits and IT compliance activities.
Required Skills & Competencies• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking and software installation.• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office and email configuration.• Basic understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi networking.• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.• Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification & Experience• Any graduate /ITI stream holder.• 0 to 1 years experience in IT support / system maintenance.
