Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and budget preparation under senior guidance.
- Reconcile GL accounts, AP/AR ledgers, and bank statements with precision and timeliness.
- Support audit readiness by compiling documentation, tracking compliance items, and coordinating with external auditors.
- Manage vendor billing, invoice processing, and expense validation aligned with university policies.
- Prepare dashboards and variance analyses to support department heads in financial decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with academic, admin, and HR teams to align financial controls with operational needs.
- Assist in GST and TDS
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
- QuickBooks / Tally / SAP ERP
- Financial reporting
- General ledger accounting
- Accounts payable/receivable
- MS PowerPoint for presentations
- IFRS / Ind AS familiarity
- Internal controls
- Preferred
- CA Inter / CMA Inter passed
- Experience in education or nonprofit sector
- Power BI or Tableau for visualization
