Broad roles and responsibilities

üArchitect and Develop: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java/Golang and intuitive and performant frontend interfaces using React

üTechnical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative environment

üCode Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards

üCollaboration: Work with backend developers, frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions

üPerformance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability issues

üDebugging and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues in both backend and frontend components

üTesting: Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests

üContinuous Learning: Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in full stack development.

Required Skills

ü6+ years of professional experience in full stack development

üExpert proficiency in Java/Golang and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot)

üExtensive experience with React.js for frontend development

üStrong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & NodeJS

üProficient in RESTful API design and development

üExtensive experience with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases

üKnowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)

üDeep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns

üExperience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

üFamiliarity with GraphQL

üExperience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker)

üFamiliarity with Jaeger for monitoring and tracing

üProficiency in unit testing frameworks

üExperience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)

üFamiliarity with agile development methodologies

üKnowledge of security best practices and secure coding principles.

Qualifications & Experience

üBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related field.

ü 3-5 years of experience in Fullstack

üExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills

üStrong communication and collaboration abilities

üAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
