About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior HR, Recruitment, and Payroll Executive with 1-2 years of experience in HR functions, particularly in recruitment and payroll management. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, to support our HR operations effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records and maintain HR data in compliance with company policies.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Good understanding of HR processes and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with payroll software.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, and payroll.
