Your responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager with recruitment and other core duties
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Screen candidate resumes
- Communicate with candidates and set up interviews
- Manage the resume database in the Portal
- Research job position information
- Review candidates and prepare a list of the best candidates for the role
- Employee Engagement
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a similar field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
