About the role
We're looking for a creative Junior Interior Designer with a strong background in residential interiors. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading design projects, managing a team, and delivering exceptional client experiences from concept to execution.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in residential interior design.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of designers.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other design software.
- Strong expertise in space planning, material selection, and project execution.
- Excellent client management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
