Junior New Product Development

We are looking for a proactive NPD Executive to support new product development in offset printing and packaging. The role involves coordinating with design, production, and vendors to develop print-ready, cost-effective, and high-quality packaging solutions from concept to commercialization.

• Support new product development for offset printed packaging products.

• Evaluate customer requirements and translate them into print and material specifications.

• Coordinate with pre-press, production, procurement, and quality teams for feasibility and execution.

• Develop samples, mock-ups, and prototypes for new packaging concepts.

• Assist in material selection (paper, board, inks, coatings, finishes).

• Work on costing, BOM preparation, and yield optimization.

• Conduct print trials and support press approvals.

• Ensure products meet quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards.

• Document NPD processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• 2+ years of experience in NPD, production, or technical roles within offset printing or packaging.

• Strong understanding of offset printing processes, substrates, and finishing techniques.

• Knowledge of pre-press workflows, color management, and print quality standards.

• Basic understanding of costing and material feasibility.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.

• Experience in packaging (FMCG, pharma, food, or commercial printing).

• Knowledge of ISO/FSC/food-grade compliance.

• Exposure to vendor development or material sourcing.
