No.KRAKey Responsibilities1Export Documentation & CompliancePrepare and process export documentation including invoices, shipping bills, Bills of Lading, LC negotiation documents and EDPMS submissions with accuracy and within timelines.2Export Clearance & Logistics CoordinationCoordinate export consignments to Nepal, Bangladesh and other overseas destinations, including physical sealing, customs clearance and coordination with Logistics and relevant authorities.3Bank Negotiation & Trade Finance DocumentationEnsure timely and error-free preparation and submission of bank negotiation documents, E-BRC and other export-related documentation.4Regulatory & Statutory ComplianceLiaise with CGST, Customs, DIC and other statutory authorities for export clearances, production certificates and regulatory requirements.5Export Incentives & Obligation ClosureManage documentation for EDPMS closure and fulfilment of export obligations against duty-free imports of capital goods.6Process Improvement & Cost OptimizationDrive improvements in export documentation processes, standardize formats and identify opportunities for cost optimization and error reduction.7Stakeholder Management & Knowledge SharingCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders and provide guidance/training on export procedures, customs and bank negotiation documentation.8Quality, Safety & ComplianceAdhere to organizational quality systems, WCM practices, plant safety procedures, PPE requirements and applicable road safety guidelines.
