About the role
Primary Responsibilities:-
- Optimizing our pipeline and maintain/update documentation.
- Developing our pipeline with the team and artists to meet our customers needs.
- Maintain practices and exercising quality control on all aspects
- Optimizing our pipeline and maintain/update documentation.
- Responsible for maintaining software, tools, providing front-line support to artist, and general troubleshooting of vfx pipeline
- Educate artists on how to work with the pipeline ensuring artist efficiency
- To keep end users and managers informed of progress and requests by being a good and clear communicator.
- To engage with and understand artists and managers to discover their requirements by being an effective listener.
- Being an effective time manager and meet deadlines, you must be able to prioritize many requests and not be afraid to ask for help if the path is not clear.
- Manage resources and skills to juggle multiple projects.
- Should have experience in handling a large number of team.
Knowledge required:-
- Passionate about CG/VFX technology and art.
- Understanding that the technology feeds artistic needs
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to
- Should have 1+ Year of Work experience in Animation and VFX Industry.
