Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build responsive user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Python.
- Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
- Build AI-powered features using Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Integrate applications with third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
- Debug software issues and participate in performance optimization activities.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and senior developers.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
Continuously learn emerging technologies, AI frameworks, and software engineering best practices.
Required Technical Skills
- Required Technical Skills
- Frontend: Good understanding and hands-on programming experience in React.js, with exposure to Angular or Vue.js being an added advantage.
- Backend: Good understanding and hands-on programming experience in Python, Django, and FastAPI.
- Database: Familiarity with MySQL or NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals, problem-solving, and logical thinking.
Ability to learn new technologies and collaborate with the development team.
Nice to Have
Experience or exposure to any of the following is an added advantage:
- Next.js

- Agentic AI concepts and frameworks
- LangChain or LlamaIndex
