About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, sourcing, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong interest in hiring for IT and engineering roles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (sourcing to onboarding).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring.
- Follow up with candidates and provide regular updates on their application status.
Requirements:
- 2 - 6 years of experience in technical recruitment / IT hiring.
- Familiarity with hiring for roles like software engineers, QA, DevOps, data engineers, etc.
- Good understanding of technical skills, tools, and technologies (Java, Python, Cloud, etc. ).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in product-based or startup hiring.
- Exposure to bulk hiring or niche hiring.
- Understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud, and microservices).
