Job Description: Senior Security Engineer – L3 (Arcos PAM)
Experience: 5–10 Years (Minimum 3+ years in PAM Administration)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced L3 Security Engineer with specialized expertise in Arcos Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The candidate will lead the administration, onboarding, policy management, integration, automation, platform upgrades, and operational support across the enterprise PAM infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
PAM Administration & Operational Support
- Infrastructure Management: Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise Arcos PAM solutions.
- Onboarding & Lifecycle: Onboard privileged accounts, servers, databases, applications, and network devices; manage end-to-end account lifecycles and access workflows.
- Access & Security Controls: Configure password vaulting, automated credential rotation, privileged session management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and least privilege policies.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve complex L3 connectivity, authentication, and session management issues.
Security Operations & Governance
- Activity Monitoring: Monitor privileged access activities and investigate suspicious behavior or security incidents.
- Incident Support: Collaborate with SOC and Incident Response teams during security investigations.
- Compliance & Reporting: Generate operational, audit, and compliance reports to ensure PAM controls align with enterprise security standards.
Integration & Automation
- System Integration: Integrate Arcos PAM with Active Directory/LDAP, MFA solutions, SIEM platforms, and enterprise ticketing systems.
- API & Scripting: Support API-driven integrations and automate onboarding and access governance workflows.
Platform Maintenance, HA & DR
- Lifecycle Maintenance: Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and migrations of PAM infrastructure.
- Resiliency & Performance: Maintain High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) setups; execute backup and restoration procedures.
- Health Monitoring: Monitor PAM server health, performance metrics, and storage capacities.
Technical Skills & QualificationsRequired Skills
- Hands-on expertise in Arcos PAM architecture and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- In-depth knowledge of password vaulting, session management, credential rotation, and access governance.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and MFA integrations.
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux system administration.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and enterprise security frameworks.

Good to Have
- Integration experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, IBM QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel).
- Exposure to cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Scripting capability in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA).
