Total Experince - 8 to 10 Yrs
Relevant Experience - 6+ Yrs
Location - Bengaluru
Primary Skill
- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and async programming
- Deep knowledge of Azure services: App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, AKS, Blob Storage
- Experience with incident management, RCA, and production debugging (e.g., memory leaks, performance issues)
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools: Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics, ELK, Splunk
- Proficient in analyzing logs, cloud telemetry, service traces, and writing hotfixes/workarounds
Secondary / Good to Have
- CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, REST APIs, and error-handling strategies
- Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes and DevSecOps practices
- Knowledge of performance testing or chaos tools like JMeter, Gremlin
- Strong documentation skills (runbooks, SOPs)
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and stakeholder communication during P1/P2 issues
