Opening for oneof the India’s leading Ag-Tech Company for the Position of Lead Banana Operations (SOuth)
Exp - 6 to 7 yrs, into banana procurement mininum 2 to 3yr
CTC - Upto 14L
Roles:-
Planning and Execution of Banana Operations - Sourcing & Harvesting for Andhra Pradesh location.
· Planning and Execution of Fruit Care activities as per Budgeted Sales volume for the required period.
· New Area Development and Area Expansion.
· Planning and Executing various farmer outreach programs. Farmer Relationship management - maintaining rapport with existing farmers and build relations with new farmers through various technological transfer programs.
· MIS - provide weekly monthly MIS data for Andhra Location as and when required, with the support of MIS executive.
· Maintain and control NF stock and Assets with the help of Store Supervisor.
· Maintain communication and coordination with Admin, logistic, finance team, etc. as and when required for day-to-day operational activities.
· Attending and represent INI Farms in various seminars/discussion organized for Banana Promotional activities organized by Department of Horticulture, or any other statutory agency.
Skill Sets Expected
· Proven experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
· Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation.
· Candidate should have relevant working experience in exports of fruits and Vegetables or perishable products.
· Hands on experience in order fulfilment, internal coordination, and Export documentation
