About the role
We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with strong experience in designing and delivering automated self-service digital journeys across Mobile and Web channels. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Chatbot, Chat Platform, and Voicebot implementations using AI/GenAI technologies and hands-on exposure to NLU platforms such as RASA, Google Dialogflow, PolyAI, Sierra, Dyna, or similar.
Requirements:
- The candidate should possess excellent Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, user story creation, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
- Experience with Relationship Manager (RM) chat solutions (e. g., WhatsApp) and Genesys Cloud is highly desirable.
