As a Lead Civil Engineer, you will drive end-to-end civil construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

• Lead civil construction activities for large-scale solar power projects.
• Oversee land boundary finalization, topographical and geotechnical surveys, pull-out and lateral tests.
• Manage foundations, internal roads, drainage systems, piling, MMS structures, MCR buildings, fencing, and boundary works.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Drive resource planning, contractor management, and site coordination for timely project completion.
• Monitor project budgets, material utilization, cost optimization, and vendor billing processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams including land, procurement, electrical, and project management functions.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure uninterrupted progress.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

10-12 years of experience in Solar EPC project execution.

Strong expertise in civil construction for utility-scale solar projects.

Experience in geotechnical investigations, solar foundations, MMS works, roads, drainage, and associated civil infrastructure.

Strong project planning, contractor management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Knowledge of cost control, material reconciliation, and project execution processes.

Working knowledge of SAP for project and procurement-related activities will be an added advantage.

Willingness to relocate and work across project locations based on business requirements.
