About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead R& D efforts to find solutions for data integration requirements not addressed by existing technology standards.
- Develop metrics that showcase the flow of data across the organisation.
- Design strategies for new data ingestion requests, including logical and physical data modelling.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field.
- 7-9+ years of Data Ingestion, Integration and ETL relevant experience.
- Experience in loading data into a warehouse/ ODS environment from diverse sources and formats.
- Experience in AWS Glue, DBT/SQL.
- Strong programming/ scripting skills in Python.
- Experience working with APIs, semi-structured, and Unstructured datasets.
- Experience in data modelling and relational database design.
- Experience in data platforms: Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Experience in AWS data platforms and integration offerings.
