Lead Developer-Systems & Apps

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with expertise in CALLIDUS, ALM, and Commission Processing to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet our business needs. This position requires a deep understanding of commission processing systems and the ability to lead a team in delivering high-quality software products.

• Analyze high-level requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications with a focus on CALLIDUS and commission processing functionalities.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development and project management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and performance.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the development process.

• Proven expertise in CALLIDUS, with a strong understanding of its functionalities and integration capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and tools.
• Experience in commission processing systems and related business processes.
• Strong programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and services.
• Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in software development or project management are a plus.
