Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- 1-7 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance.
Required Functional Skills:
Preventive Maintenance:
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.
- Perform routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns in a timely manner.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify root causes of electrical issues.
Repair and Replacement:
- Perform repairs or replacements of faulty electrical components.
- Ensure that all repairs comply with safety and operational standards.
Electrical Testing:
- Conduct electrical tests and measurements to ensure equipment functionality.
- Analyze test results to make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance issues and corrective actions taken.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and guidance to other maintenance personnel.
- Assist in the training of new team members on electrical maintenance procedures.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory of electrical spare parts and tools.
- Ensure timely procurement of necessary materials to avoid downtime.
Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly to emergency situations to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
- Develop and participate in emergency preparedness drills and exercises.
