Key Responsibilities- Lead electrical construction and execution activities for utility-scale solar projects.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HT/LT systems, substations, switchyards, transformers, inverters, and transmission infrastructure.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, quality standards, productivity, and site safety compliance.
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Manage contractor performance, resource planning, and progress tracking to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure adherence to statutory, electrical, and HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project commissioning, energization, and successful handover to O&M teams.
10-12 years of experience in electrical project execution within the renewable energy, power, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong hands-on experience in utility-scale solar project construction and commissioning.
Sound knowledge of HT/LT systems, switchyards, substations, transformers, inverters, SCADA, and transmission systems.
Experience in contractor management, stakeholder coordination, and project planning.
Strong understanding of electrical safety, quality standards, and construction best practices.
Ability to work in a dynamic site environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
