Responsibilities:
- Build search, ranking, and recommendation systems.
- Work on RAG, vector search, and embeddings.
- Improve relevance, CTR, and engagement.
- Design backend + scale data pipelines.
Requirements:
- Strong in Python + backend/data infra.
- Hands-on with RAG / LLM orchestration.
- Experience in vector search, reranking, and fine-tuning.
- Built or worked on search / recommendation systems.
You Should Be:
- Fast, ownership-driven.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Can build 0 or 1
