About the role
Review and approve engineering deliverables including calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports
Ensure design meet applicable codes (e.g., Eurocodes, AISC, ASCE, API, etc.) and client standards.
Define scope, schedule, and resource requirements for structural engineering tasks.
Coordinate with project managers, discipline leads, and clients to align engineering deliverables with project milestones.
Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and designers.
Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on best practices and innovations.
Represent the civil/structural discipline in client meetings, design reviews, and technical workshops.
Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Lead internal audits and participate in external reviews as required.
