What You’ll Bring
• CA / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance) with 5–8 years of experience in accounting or controllership. • Prior experience in Retail / Fuel Accounting / FMCG Accounting preferred. • Proven experience in team management, stakeholder management, and driving operational excellence. • Proficiency in Oracle and advanced Excel; exposure to Power BI or automation tools is a plus. • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset.

• Deliver month-end close with exceptional accuracy (>99%) and timeliness. • Ensure flawless controls with zero audit or compliance observations. • Streamline processes and automate repetitive tasks to boost efficiency. • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships through reliable and transparent reporting. • Build and lead a high-performing team through effective coaching, engagement, and performance management. • Ensure consistent achievement of team SLAs, quality standards, and business objectives
