About the role
Education:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA
Must Have Skills:
- Team Leading Capacity, Subject Matter Expert, Ability to deliver within timeline, Open to discuss with Leadership on client communication
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Communication Skills, Client Management, Escalation Handling
- Good oral and written communication skills in English - with all internal and external Stakeholders
- Clear and concise responses to queries and escalations
- Ensure SOP's are accurately documented, updated and adhered to
- An analytical mind - follows a process, understands why they are performing the tasks, spots errors and will offer up ways to improve quality
- Problem solver who has a growth mindset
- Good attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills (eg Pivot tables, Vlookups…)
- Understands the implications of deadlines (at month end and project based)
