About the role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
- Build reusable and scalable UI components from Figma designs.
- Integrate APIs and native platform capabilities.
- Optimise application performance and ensure smooth user experiences.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Write automated and unit tests to maintain product quality.
- Follow best practices for source control, CI/CD, and development workflows.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for projects and features.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to improve product performance, security, and scalability.
- Work closely with product, design, and technical teams to build and launch new features.
- Take ownership of projects from development to delivery.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter.
- B. Tech / B. E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter.
- Good understanding of the complete mobile app development lifecycle.
- Experience building applications for Android and iOS.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX implementation and converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Experience with APIs, native integrations, animations, and performance optimisation.
- Ability to write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Experience with automated testing, unit testing, and source control.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, work efficiently with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines.
- Strong team-player mindset with the ability to take technical ownership and lead a team when required.
