About the role
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be joining our fast-paced, customer-centric experience development team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and code in a full-stack arena using React, Python, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, tRPC, and Java with Spring Boot / Kotlin.
- Develop in micro-frontend SPA architecture.
- Experience in designing and developing connecting backends with frontend using experience designing and architecting integrations.
- Participate in the prioritization process to bring hidden technical needs to the roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into technical ones with very strong communication skills.
- Guide junior fellows and help them develop their skills and qualities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT application development, with at least 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer and proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.
- Exposure to AI-driven tools and platforms.
- Experience with BFF design patterns.
- Must have cloud technology experience.
- Strong knowledge of Spring or other similar inversion of control frameworks.
- Experience working in retail and/or e-commerce companies.
- Experience working with API Gateway configuration.
- Experience working with CICD/Jenkins pipeline configuration.
- Experience working with Kubernetes.
- A creative and precise problem solver.
- Passionately worked on and driven large-scale projects to completion.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering.
