About the role
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with demonstrated ownership of production systems end-to-end.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and Flask, including REST API design.
- Strong hands-on experience in Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy or an equivalent ORM.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Redis and RabbitMQ/Celery for caching and asynchronous task processing.
- Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, Amazon Aurora, load balancing, deployment basics), including the ability to independently configure and manage these resources.
- Experience setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (CodeDeploy, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Working knowledge of Android app architecture (Kotlin/Java), sufficient to review code and guide technical decisions.
- Strong experience in designing and scaling services in a microservices architecture.
- Experience with geospatial or location-based features (mapping APIs).
- Experience with WebSocket-based real-time systems (Flask-SocketIO or similar).
- Prior experience in logistics, delivery, or on-demand/marketplace platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
