Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead entitlement cleanup, normalization, and discovery data remediation activities.
- Improve data quality, governance, and software asset management processes within SAMPro.
- Manage entitlement records, product onboarding, and consumption analysis.
- Define onboarding strategies and rollout plans for SaaS and non-SaaS products.
- Serve as the functional SME for business and technology stakeholders.
- Gather requirements and design functional solutions for licensing and asset management challenges.
- Drive report development, dashboard enhancements, and operational improvements.
- Support enterprise integrations and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Provide implementation guidance, issue resolution, and executive status reporting.
- Mentor junior team members and drive knowledge-sharing activities.
