Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken fresher who will be responsible for communicating with inbound leads, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

Connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

Explain brand offerings and business opportunities clearly

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients

Understand client requirements and share relevant details

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handling

Maintain and update lead data in Excel/CRM

Build strong relationships and ensure a positive client experience
Key Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in speaking (English + Hindi preferred)

Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools

Smart, presentable, and professional approach

Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales/communication role
