About the role
Job Requirements* :
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) • Proven Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capability – mandatory • Hands-on experience in reconciliation (Recon) and MIS reporting • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC) – mandatory • Exposure to Data Quality & Governance frameworks – preferred
Key Responsibilities* • Perform and review MDM transaction processing activities • Handle employee master data changes in SAP HCM & EC • Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies • Conduct Root Cause Analysis for recurring data issues • Prepare and publish MIS reports and dashboards • Ensure adherence to data governance, SOX and audit requirements • Support stakeholders and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Education Requirements: Graduate in any discipline Certifications SAP HCM / SuccessFactors – Preferred
Must Have : SAP HCM, Employee Central (EC), Reconciliation & MIS, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Good to Have : Data Governance, Audit Compliance, MS Office, Continuous Improvement Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMMERCE
