About the role
- Develop and execute export strategies; drive market expansion
- Identify new global markets and establish distribution networks
- Drive export sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Build relationships with international distributors, hospitals, and partners
- Participate in global trade fairs and business development initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end export operations (orders, shipping, delivery)
- Ensure adherence to international trade laws
- Monitor export profitability
- Lead and develop the export team; drive performance and global mindset
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
- 10–12 years of experience in Medical Device export management, with leadership responsibility is a must
- Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Manufacturing, or Distribution industry preferred.
