About the role

The Roundglass Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the Impact Analysis project. This role involves working closely with program leads and stakeholders to design and implement analytics-driven solutions that showcase the effectiveness of the Foundation's programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with BI tools, and the ability to create intuitive scorecards, define KPIs, and dashboards that represent the Foundation's impact.

What you’ll do

·Developing Impact Measurement Frameworks: Design and implement robust frameworkstotrackandquantifytheimpactoffoundationprograms,includingkey performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the organization's mission and goals.

·Data Collection and Analysis: Manage the collection and analysis of data from surveys,MISDatafromchangemakers,volunteers,coordinators,beneficiaries,and otherrelevantdatasourcestounderstandtheeffectivenessofprogramsandidentify areas for improvement.

·ImpactReporting:Preparecomprehensivereportsforthefoundation'sexecutives, stakeholders, donors and the public detailing the impact of foundation activities, including qualitative and quantitative data

·ScorecardDevelopment:Deviseandimplementscorecardsanddashboardsto visually represent program outcomes and the Foundation's overall work.

·KPIDefinition:HelpdefineandmeasureKPIsandindicatorstotrackprogram effectiveness.

·BusinessProcessModeling:Analyzeanddocumentbusinessprocessesto streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

·UI/UX Design for dashboards: Design and enhance the user experience of dashboards&reports,ensuringintuitivenavigationandcleardatarepresentation. Help in visualization, prototyping to provide the rich user experience.

·StakeholderCollaboration:Workcloselywithprogramleads,stakeholders,and cross-functional teams to capture requirements, prepare release roadmaps and define solutions.

·PresentationsandReporting:Prepareanddelivercompellingpresentationsand reports for stakeholders and leadership.

·Hands-onBITools:LeverageBItoolstocreateactionableinsightsanddata visualizations.

·Release Management: Collaborate with technical team to manage the releases throughJIRA,preparetherequirementdocumentation,dothechangemanagement and deliver the high-quality work.

Skills & Qualifications

·Proven5to8years’experienceasaProductManagerinbusinessanalytics,impact evaluation, or a related domain.

·StrongunderstandingofUI/UXprinciplesforBItools.

·Hands-onexperiencewithBItools(e.g.,Tableau,PowerBI,orsimilar).

·Excellentcommunication,collaboration,andpresentationskills.

·Expertiseinbusinessprocessmodellingandstakeholderengagement.

·AbilitytodefineandmeasureKPIsandprogramindicators.
