About the role
Requirements:
- 7+ years of technical program management experience, ideally in ML/AI, healthcare tech, or other quality-critical domains.
- Proven track record managing multi-team programs involving engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
- Experience building operational systems such as monitoring, alerting, quality frameworks, and incident response.
- Strong ability to drive results without formal authority and work effectively in high-ambiguity environments.
- Background working with regulated or quality-sensitive workloads is strongly preferred.
