Job Purpose: The role is responsible for overseeing quantity surveying, cost estimation, billing verification, and financial reconciliation for civil and MEPF service-related projects. This role ensures cost control, contract compliance, and timely certification of contractor invoices while optimizing financial planning and project execution.
