About the role
We're looking for a hands-on Lead SDET with strong experience in Playwright, test automation, and AI-driven testing to build reliable, scalable automation frameworks and improve product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Develop automated UI, API, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Leverage AI/LLMs to improve test generation, coverage, and failure analysis.
- Identify flaky tests, debug issues, and improve test reliability.
- Drive automation best practices and collaborate with engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in QA automation/SDET.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Good understanding of API testing, CI/CD, and test strategy.
- Practical exposure to AI/LLM-based testing tools or solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
